Only One God(What He is), One Being in three distinct Divine Persons(Who God is) revealed in the Holy Bible. God is Tri-Unity: Co-eternal , co-divine , co-equal.

Another example to explain one being in 3 distinct persons is the likeness of Man – your Body is (what you are), your soul and
your spirit is (who you are). 3 distinct persona.
Genesis 1:26-27 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Holy Spirit is God
Acts 5

Deuteronomy 32:4

Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

Matthew 25
